The Wheel of Life Template


  1. Remember to use the wheel to first identify the areas of importance. This could be areas important in life or more specific eg. "when you think about your hearing, what's most important to you?"
  2. Now rate the satisfaction of each area 0 - 10 where 10 is fully satisfied.
  3. Identify what the experience would need to be to rate it 10. What would they hear, see, feel as an outcome.
  4. Identify the strengths that the person has to take them towards these goals.
  5. Agree 'first step' goals and time frames.
Overall, here is the basis for the start of a meaningful coaching discussion.
